Vinci wins contract for Nottingham Trent student accommodation

UPP has awarded Vinci the contract to design 727 new student residences for Nottingham Trent University.

Vinci has previously delivered student accommodation for UPP at Lancaster and Nottingham.

The accommodation blocks have been designed by Church Lukas, and feature sustainable features designed to reduce heat loss and energy consumption.

Chris Hamer, Vinci Construction UK’s managing director for the Northern building division said: “Following on from our last award-winning project for UPP, the Eco Residences at Lancaster University, we look forward to working in partnership with the team to deliver another outstanding student accommodation project.”
