Speller Metcalfe’s Western Power Distribution depot scores 102% under BREEAM standard
Speller Metcalfe’s Western Power Distribution depot has been awarded the highest BREEAM score ever. The project, designed by B3 Architects, scored 102% under the BREEAM standards.
It was able to score more than 100% through a quirk of the scoring system, which gave 10 percentage points for innovation on top of the delivery score.
Adrian Speller, environmental manager at Speller Metcalfe, said it was “a very exciting shed”.
