Ultraframe director appointed non-executive director of Carillion.

Vanda Murray has been appointed as a non-executive director of Carillion.

Vanda Murray is a director of Ultraframe, the conservatory manufacturer. Vanda joined Ultraframe in January 2002 as a non-executive director and became UK managing director and group marketing director in September 2004.

Prior to Ultraframe Murray was chief executive of Blick, the security solutions company.
