Specialist house builder reveals contract wins with Places for People, Medway Council and Enfield Homes
Specialist housing contractor United House has won three new contracts worth over £18m for Decent Homes refurbishment.
Regeneration company Places for People selected United House to carry out a £16m major works programme to its properties from the south coast up to the south midlands.
Work will begin on this in early 2010.
Meanwhile, Medway Council has appointed United House to carry out refurbishments to properties in Rochester, Gillingham and Rainham, with work scheduled to begin this month.
The contractor was also chosen by Enfield Homes, in north London to carry out a £2.5m Decent Homes refurbishment of 350 flats. Work on these will begin later in the year.
