Two APC passes at Davis Langdon

Consultant Davis Langdon’s Cambridge branch celebrated this week as two of its young QSs gained professional accreditation with the RICS.

Steven Clarke and Andy Meekings have successfully completed and passed their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), and are now fully-fledged chartered surveyors.

Clarke and Meekings work within the firm’s specialist health team. They have been involved on a number of major projects for the likes of Peterborough District Hospital, Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge, Ipswich Hospital, Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King’s Lynn and Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow.

They are currently working on the largest NHS PFI project at Barts and The London Hospitals as well as projects for St John’s College in Cambridge.
