New boss arrives from project manager Blacc

Turner & Townsend has appointed a new modern methods of construction chief to spearhead the expansion of its advisory services in the sector.

An architect with more than three decades of experience from project management through to development and construction, Dave Clowe’s background has included work across the educational, defence, residential and healthcare sectors.

Clowe (pictured) designed the concept for the Department for Education Primary School Education Template Design and the pre-construction section of the Seismic platform approach.

He has also worked on major projects including Tate Modern and the London 2012 Athletes’ Village in Stratford.

He joins T&T from Halifax-based project manager Blacc where he was head of design and pre-construction as well as the firm’s MMC specialist.
