Consultant hires a new general director for Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States

Turner & Townsend has appointed Paul Grace general director of Turner & Townsend Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States.

Grace has extensive experience in the Russian development and project management market, having spent nearly 10 years in Russia over the past two decades and the last 5 years with Ruperti Project Services International, where, until recently, he was a partner and specialised in advising clients in project development strategy, financial services, due diligence and PPP.

He has worked on large-scale commercial and infrastructure developments throughout Russia, especially within the office, retail, residential, industrial and infrastructure sectors such as Sochi Seaport, and the Mixed-Use Developments Rossiya, Hotel and Stavropol, and Tomilino Logistics Centre in Moscow.

Grace will be based in Moscow and lead a team of 17 professional staff members. T&T plans to expand the team further during the course of this year to meet the demand for consultancy services in the rapidly evolving Russian construction sector, especially in large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects.
