Turley Associates has secured outline planning permission for 450 new homes in Liskeard, Cornwall.

The Planning and Urban Design consultancy has secured planning on behalf of Persimmon Homes (south-west) for the new development north-west of the town centre.

The development will provide a range of homes as well as a local centre and a public open space.

Peter Stacey, a planning director in the Bristol office of Turley Associates, said: “We are delighted with this decision. This scheme will help attract new families to Liskeard and bring significant social and economic benefits to the town.”
