bluestone, the regional contracting arm of Morgan Sindall has restructured again, creating six regional divisions and a property care business.

The firm has been divided into northern, Midlands, Thames Valley, southern, London and eastern regions. It previously had four regional divisions, but the firm said some of them, such as the northern and Midlands area, had proved too big.

The firm's property care division will cover small refurbishment and fit-out work across the six regions. It will be headed by Mike Holder.

The firm said the regional arms would be focusing on contracts worth up to £10m.

The restructuring comes after problems at Bluestone led to Morgan Sindall writing £8m off its results for this year.
