John Frost is made managing director of City Plumbing Supplies while Norman Bell becomes boss of Travis Perkins South West.
John Frost has been appointed managing director of City Plumbing Supplies, a division of Travis Perkins. Frost, who is currently managing director of Travis Perkins South West will take over from Mark Smith who will leave the group.
The new managing director of Travis Perkins South West will be Norman Bell who is currently the group strategy director at Big Food Group. Bell will join Travis Perkins on 1 July 2005.
Both Bell and Frost will report to John Carter, the group's chief operating officer.
