Tessa Brooks among several new hires for the consultant
TowerEight has appointed former Arcadis and Davis Langdon senior project manager Tessa Brooks.
Brooks was at Davis Langdon for eight years before moving to Arcadis four years ago.
She has worked on projects including Chiltern Place and Riverwalk for Gerald Ronson’s property investment firm Ronson Capital Partners and 1 Palace Street for Northacre.
The latest hire takes TowerEight’s team to over 70-strong, five years after its launch.
The consultant has also hired Jafor Rahman, Ian Jones, Edward Spencer and Laura Shaw for its project management team and Thomas Matthewman and Giles Heather as cost managers.
James Morris, director at TowerEight, said: “The firm is continuing to grow as we diversify across different sectors and hiring someone such as Tessa, with her raft of experience consolidates our position.”
TowerEight was formed by four former JLL directors - Simon Craven, James Morris, Adam Mursal and Toby Wait - in 2011.
