Contractors Kier, Wates and Willmott Dixon selected for local authorities' intermediate projects framework
Kier, Wates and Willmott Dixon have been selected for a £275m framework to build and refurbish medium-sized projects across the East Midlands.
The three UK contractors will form the East Midlands Property Alliance intermediate projects partnering framework, in a four-year deal to work on projects worth between £2m and £7.5m.
Sixteen local authorities in the East Midlands have signed up to use the framework, with the potential for 30 more to join.
