Ardmore, Sisk and Brookfield invited to tender for 29-storey development
Ardmore, Sisk and Brookfield have been invited to tender for a £70m 29-storey tower in Islington, north London.
The residential development at 259 City Road, designed by UNStudios, will house 190 flats plus car parking.
The tower will be built alongside Regents Canal.
The winning contractor on 259 City Road may be appointed before Christmas, according to industry sources.
The client is Orion, the development manager is Groveworld, the quantity surveyor is EC Harris and the engineer is URS.
