Wienerberger has launched ZeroPlus, a thin-joint mortar that can be laid at 0°C

ZeroPlus is specially formulated for the Porotherm construction system and the company says it was designed to provide the same performance at between 0°C and 3°C as existing thin-joint and traditional mortars, which can only be used at temperatures of 3°C and above. ZeroPlus has been validated for use at 0°C by the UK testing house CERAM. The firm says ZeroPlus should reduce downtime and extend build programmes throughout the winter months.
