Dow Building Solutions has improved the thermal conductivity of its insulation

Dow Building Solutions has launched an improved version of its Styrofoam-A insulation, which includes Roofmate-A, Floormate-A and Perimate DI-A products. The company claims that the thermal conductivity of Styrofoam-A has been improved by 0.002W/mK while maintaining the same thicknesses. The firm says all Styrofoam products offer durability, high strength and excellent moisture resistance, so they can be used where structural support is required. Styrofoam-A materials are available in single extruded thicknesses of between 50mm and 200mm.
