Office will be built with natural ventilation and rainwater harvesting

Architect Conran & Partners has won planning permission for the “greenest office building in Brighton”. Built using locally sourced materials, with natural ventilation, rainwater harvesting and earth-cooling ducts, the Astoria development will contain six storeys of offices as well as special enterprise units.
