Hertfordshire housebuilder Furlong Homes has been chosen to develop this £80m residential project at the Royal Docks in east London. The Jestico + Whiles scheme includes 440 apartments alongside a yacht basin and the refurbishment of a listed hotel. Civil and structural engineer is Alan Baxter Associates and ground remediation consultant is RPS Consultants.
