Five consultants will provide project services for the developer
Five consultants have won roles on a Land Securities framework to provide project consultancy work on its London portfolio.
The consultants, which include TFT and Paragon, will provide project consultancy work on new-build and refurbishment projects for the developer throughout the capital.
The other places went to A2W, GIA and Blackburn & Co.
Land Securities claims to have the “largest development pipeline in London” and is currently constructing the 47-storey ‘Cheesegrater’ skyscraper and retail-led Park Place scheme on Oxford Street.
David Mann, head of TFT’s London office, said: “This is a tremendous opportunity for TFT to work with a visionary client who is shaping the London market with some iconic landmark buildings.
“The scale of work calls for the sort of resource, experience and broader thinking which TFT has been developing over the years.
“We are looking forward to embedding ourselves as part of the Land Securities team and will be bringing a similarly imaginative approach to the extensive London Portfolio”.
Richard Weavers of Land Securities, said: “TFT demonstrated the right mix of fit, skills and experience to support our in-house team.
“We recognise our key role as developers in London and welcome TFT’s support as a like-minded project consultancy.”
