Housebuilder takes on former Related vice president John Landrum

Housebuilder Taylor Woodrow has appointed John Landrum as president of its North American operations. Based in Florida, he will report into group chief executive Ian Smith.

Landrum joins the company from the Related Group where he was executive vice president and chief operating officer.

Landrum has held similar operational and financial positions for almost 30 years with housing and commercial mixed-use development companies in a number of US states.

In the US, Taylor Woodrow operates in Florida, California, Arizona, Texas and Ontario, Canada.
