Consultant picks up award for the Beatson Institute
Consultant Turner & Townsend’s Beatson Institute for the University of Glasgow and Cancer Research UK has won a coveted Civic Trust Award.
Celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, the award received over 400 entrants with more than 50 from Scotland.
The scheme was one of only two Scottish schemes to receive a full Civic Trust Award.
T&T was appointed by the University of Glasgow to provide full Cost Management services on the £11m project.
The flagship laboratory is home to 240 researchers and has allowed the institute to develop state of the art technologies in focused areas.
