Sweett Group has annouced the deaprture of its head of finance
Sweett Group’s chief financial officer Patrick Sinclair is to leave the company after nearly four years.
He is to step down once an “orderly handover” has been completed.
The consultancy is beginning its search for a replacement.
Sweet chief executive Douglas McCormick thanked Sinclair for his contribution to the group and wished him success in the future.
Sinclair’s departure follows a challenging period for Sweett, which has seen the group investigated, charged and sentenced by the Serious Fraud Office with failure to prevent an associated person from bribing another to attract or retain business.
The sentence last month followed Sweett’s admission of guilt over two related contracts in the Middle East entered into in 2013.
