Consultant appoints executive operations director and a European deputy managing director
Sweett Group has made two senior appointments in its global and European businesses.
Kenneth Wood (pictured, top) has been promoted to executive operations director. Wood will report to Sweett chief executive Dean Webster, and will support Webster in delivering Sweett’s global strategic plan.
He will also have responsibility for business systems and corporate governance compliance.
Alan Manuel (pictured, bottom) has been promoted to deputy managing director for Europe. Manuel will report to European managing director Derek Pitcher, and will support Pitcher in delivering Sweett’s strategy in Europe.
Sweett said Manuel will be responsible for “directing financial, operational, client and people-related objectives throughout Europe”.
Webster said: “I am confident that we have the senior team and business systems to continue to improve the culture of excellent client service and high standards of integrity across our business.
“Kenneth and Alan have the experience, skills, drive and personalities to add huge value to the direction and profile of the group.”
