Sustainability Awards 2007

The industry’s leading awards recognising outstanding sustainability achievement were held in October. This year saw winners in 15 categories rewarded for their excellence in front of a crowd of over 700 leading professionals. Presented by comedian and author Clive Anderson at the Hilton Hotel in Park Lane, central London, the awards showed the strides many in the industry are taking to lessen the industry’s environment impact.

Winners included contractors Bovis Lend Lease and Skanska, architect Architype and Dr David Strong, who was presented with the Sustainability Leadership award for his work in forming the UK Green Building Council.
