It's either a miracle of mechanics and balance, or something incredibly daft - ten storeys up and not so much as an octopus strap holding this lot together.
It speaks for itself really. This is the 'look out below' school of ignorant building practice, and woe & betide anyone on this Gibraltar site who's not paying attention; if any bit of this lot fell on you, it'd leave a Bugs Bunny cartoon in the dust - all they're short of is the piano, and possibly an anvil.
