Retail fit-out specialist Styles & Wood has appointed Philip Lanigan as its finance director

He replaces Graham Clark, who is retiring from the company following the April completion of its refinancing deal.

Lanigan moves from equipment rental group Ashtead, where he was finance director. Jim Martin, chairman of Styles & Wood, said: “His commercial experience will be invaluable.”
