There is a defiant nonchalance in the poses of these two workers enjoying a break

Thanks to Chris Parsons for sending in this picture he took in central Manchester of two man painting window frames. He wrote: "The chap standing is having a cigarette break - an extreme way to comply with the impending new rules I think! At least one had safety boots on and the other a hi-vis jacket, but it must have been difficult to avoid tripping over the safety harness hooks at each window position."
