More than 300 homes go on sale in residential development near Olympic park
More than 300 new homes in the £1.3bn International Quarter in Stratford went on sale this week.
The commercial and residential scheme, located next to the Olympic park in east London, is being developed by a joint venture between Lend Lease and London Continental Railways.
The first phase, launched this week, is called Glasshouse Gardens and comprises more than 300 homes arranged across two tower buildings.
The homes will range from one- to three-bedroom apartments and will feature open plan living and kitchen spaces. They will be ready in 2016 for the first residents to move in.
