Projects include houses and flats for South Yorkshire Housing Association
Strata Construction Ltd has secured four new contracts with a total value worth over £8m.
The most lucrative, a £3.5m project, will provide 10 houses built to demanding eco-standards, and 24 flats in Rotherham, for South Yorkshire Housing Association.
Another £3m contract to provide 34 rural homes for Yorkshire Housing at High Bentham will also commence in May.
The other two projects in Barnsley include seven new bungalows, valued at £600,000, and a £1.3m development comprising another seven bungalows and eight flats, due to commence on site in April.
Managing director Andrew Stevenson, said: “All four contracts are a result of the emphasis that the company places on repeat engagements from valued clients.”
