Future54, founded by former JLL director Adrian Trent, bags contracts including Hilton and Westin hotel schemes
Hotels specialist and start-up project and cost management consultancy Future54 has hit £1m turnover in its first year of trading.
The firm was founded by former Jones Lang LaSalle director Adrian Trent (pictured) and is projecting reaching £5m turnover by 2018.
Trent said: “At Future54 we pride ourselves on our core values: adaptability, teamwork, confidence, perseverance, passion and trust. This is what makes us unique as a project and development management team – we treat every project the same despite the size or complexity.”
The firm has secured a number of major London projects in the last year, including the first Westin Hotel at Queensbridge House in the city, Brook House on Tottenham Court Road and the capital’s first Canopy hotel from Hilton at the Minories in Aldgate.
