The 60,000m2 building is cloaked in 16,500m2 of Ipasol neutral 50/27 solar control glass from Interpane which is designed to reduce solar gain while providing good levels of daylight.

The glazing has a solar energy transmittance of 27% and a U-value of 1.1 W/m2K. Additional solar shading is provided by external aluminium slats.
