Thanks to Ed Freeman who took this photo on a recent visit to Baku, Azerbaijan.

He says: "On deciding to photograph the harbour view from my hotel, I noticed a workman walking along the roof with no safety harness attached. They spotted me photographing them and decided to lock arms to pose for a photograph. Perhaps though they were holding onto their only workmate who was actually wearing a safety harness...you decide."
