This 15 dwelling unit in London's Royal Victoria Dock was designed by DSDHA for an architectural competition run by housing association the Peabody Trust. DSDHA was one of three winners; Ash Sakula and Niall McLaughlin Architects were chosen for two neighbouring sites. The competition was open to businesses with seven or fewer staff. Work is expected to start on the sites at the end of next summer.
