Skanska has been given planning permission for its Cheltenham residential development.
The Trinity Square development, developed by Homes by Skanska the residential property arm of the contractor, will include 143 properties including four-bedroom town houses and one, two and three bedroom apartments.
Each property will be designed to level four of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
Magnus Andersson, president of Homes by Skanska, said: “This part of the country is an area we have identified as one that could offer great long-term opportunities.”
