Bill Hocking, Harvey Francis and Roger Bayliss to take leading roles on management team
Construction group Skanska has appointed three executive vice-presidents to its UK management team.
They are Bill Hocking, Harvey Francis and Roger Bayliss.
The company said that Bayliss will be responsible for “leading business improvement” across all operations of the UK business.
Bayliss joined Skanska in 2007 and led the capital works team on Barts hospital in London.
Hocking will oversee the civil engineering, piling and ground engineering, utilities and infrastructure services businesses of the UK business.
Francis has been promoted to lead all human resources and learning and development activities across the company's 10 UK businesses, which employ 5,500 people.
