Completion of the building designed by EPR Architects is expected by 2020
Joint investors LaSalle Investment Management and Citygrove Securities have confirmed that Skanska has been appointed to redevelop 60 London Wall in the heart of the City of London.
Skanska will deliver 325,000 sq ft of Grade A office space over 10 floors and 20,000 sq ft of retail at ground level.
Designed by EPR Architects, the building will also feature 21,000 sq ft of terraces over the five upper levels.
Completion of the scheme is expected by the first quarter of 2020.
Gary Moore, head of international accounts at LaSalle Investment Management, said: “The team have created a first-class design, both internally and externally, with the upper floors having exceptional terracing which is rare in such a core City location.”
