Contractor will build new London office for Capita
Skanska has won a £45m scheme to build a major new office building in the West End for Derwent London.
The announcement was made as outsourcing giant Capita confirmed it has signed a pre-let to occupy the entire 105,000 sq ft building, known as The Copyright Building.
The Piercy & Company-designed scheme will comprise seven floors of category-A offices, two floors of roof terraces and ground floor retail space.
Works are expected to be complete in autumn 2017.
