Sir Robert McAlpine JV kicks off £47m Manchester hotel job

McAleer & Rushe to build scheme

A joint venture made up of Sir Robert McAlpine’s development arm and real estate investment company Catalyst Capital is set to start a £47m hotel project in the centre of Manchester.

Aviva Investors is forward-funding the development and McAleer & Rushe has been appointed to build it.
