Acquisition is part of Silverdell's strategy to become leader in the UK Asbestos services industry

Asbestos and environmental consultants, Redhill Analysts Limited, has been bought out by asbestos removal company Silverdell in a £10 million deal.

The acquisition will see Silverdell’s offices expand to nine in the South East, Yorkshire and the Midlands.

Silverdell chief executive Danny Spicer said: “This is another significant step in our stated aim to become the leader in the UK asbestos services industry."

“The UK asbestos services market is estimated to be worth at least £10 billion over time and is growing at 25% a year.”
