Materials supplier appoints managing director of its Europe division as an executive director
Materials supplier SIG has appointed the managing director of its Europe division, Christopher Davies, as an executive director.
Davies has held the post of managing director Europe since 2001, having responsibility for the group’s operations in mainland Europe. He joined SIG in 1994 as a general manager in the UK insulation business.
SIG chairman Les Tench said: “I am delighted to welcome Chris Davies to the Board. The growing importance of the Group’s European operations, and our future development plans in mainland Europe have led the Board to decide that these activities should have direct representation at group board level.”
