Plans for a development of 121 luxury serviced apartments in Shrubhill, Edinburgh, were submitted for planning this week by developer Frasers Property

Designed by Broadway Malyan, the proposals also include about 820m2 of mixed-use space and 1,480m2 of public realm. Frasers Property is part of Singapore conglomerate the Fraser and Neave Group, founded by Scots John Fraser and David Chalmers Neave.
