Development will provide new public space in centre of Bogota
Rogers Stirk Harbour & Partners has unveiled its designs for two towers as part of a mixed-use development in the centre of Bogota.
The towers, rising to 268m, provide a total of 250,000sq m of office space, retail and public services.
The scheme, Atrio, will be built at the intersection of the Colombian capital’s two main axes, Avenida El Dorado and Avenida Caracas.
Two-thirds of the site has been given over to public space, a key demand of the brief.
The whole scheme is due to be completed in late 2018.
