Firm has won eight framework agreements already this year worth £164m in total
Rok has revealed that it has won eight framework agreements so far this year worth a total of £164m.
These include a national framework agreement to build new homes for the Guinness Trust housing association for the next four years, a contract to maintain properties for the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, and a deal with entertainment and leisure group Leisure Connection to repair and maintain fitness clubs, swimming pools, theatres and arts centres. The five other wins are with a variety of regional and local housing associations.
Garvis Snook, Rok's chief executive, said: “To be winning this number of new framework agreements so early on in the year is encouraging. I believe it shows that using our own people to deliver local services on a national scale is a compelling proposition for many customers and stands us in good stead for the months ahead.”
