Rok has been chosen as the preferred bidder as part of a consortium for a £130m housing project in Oldham.
The property repair and maintenance specialist firm is part of the Inspiral Consortium, which also includes Regenter and Great Places Housing Group.
The PFI contract will span 25 years and aims to transform four key areas of Oldham into diverse and attractive residential areas.
Rok will be responsible for building 430 social and private homes, modernising and refurbishing 324 existing council homes, and providing long-term repair and maintenance work for all social housing.
Regenter is the lead investor, developer and manager for the project, and Great Places Housing Group is co-investor and developer, providing neighbourhood and estates management services.
