Repair and maintenance firm Rok has announced it has been appointed to eight new frameworks worth £90m, bringing its tally of framework agreements secured this year to 22.
Rok, the self-styled “nation's local builder”, has been appointed to frameworks with Wincanton, Craegmoor Healthcare, Bracknell Forest Borough Council, Somer Housing Group, Wigan and Leigh Housing, Your Homes Newcastle, City West Homes in Westminster, and Lancashire County Council.
Rok's work with these companies includes maintenance of warehouses, offices, care homes, social and rented housing and schools and other public buildings.
Garvis Snook, Rok's chief executive, said: “These eight new framework arrangements illustrate the geographical spread we have through our extensive network of branches and the range of sectors in which we operate.”
