Consultant appointed employer’s agent and QS on £4.5m City Wall Wakefield residential scheme

Consultants RLF’s regional office in Sheffield has been appointed on the £4.5m City Wall residential development project in Wakefield.

The new team, which has grown to five members in recent weeks, will undertake employer’s agent and QS services on the scheme.

The project will comprise 53 one and two bedroom apartments.

David Cadenhead, a partner at the firm, said: “After working hard to establish the new office in the region we are happy to be able to begin undertaking instructions and doing what we do best.”

Work will start shortly and completion is scheduled for the end of 2008.
