The Forum social housing scheme forms part of Hatfield's regeneration
Consultant Robinson Low Francis has acted as project manager on The Forum, a social housing development scheme as part of the regeneration of Hatfield in Hertfordshire.
The value of the project is approximately £9m.
RLF’s work included costing all the financial elements of the project, building surveying and handling CDM coordination.
The scheme was designed by architect PRP. The team also included structural engineer Campbell Reith Hill and contractor Mansell.
The Forum provides 84 mixed tenure units, which comprises social rented, key-worker rented and shared ownership for residents as part of the Metropolitan Housing Trust social development programme.
