Firm appointed as QS on landmark development in the central business district of north-west Chinese city of Lanzhou
Rider Levett Bucknall has been appointed quantity surveyor on a US$425m (£266m) mixed-use development that is set to become a landmark for Lanzhou City, in Gansu Province, China.
The Fortune Jin Mao City complex is in Dongfanghong Square, the central business district of the north-west Chinese city. When complete in 2017, the 423,000m2 project will have a 51-storey office building, a 31-storey office building and a podium configured as a shopping centre with other amenities.
Rider Levett Bucknall will provide pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services for the scheme. The developer is Gansu Tianhong Jinyun Properties and the architect is RTKL.
