Consultant project manager and QS on £47m Opus 40 Premier Business Park project
Consultant Rider Levett Bucknall has won a contract to redevelope the £47m Opus 40 Premier Business Park project in Warwickshire.
Appointed by Opus Land, it will provide project management, QS, CDMC services and act as employer's agent during the feasibility, design and construction stages of the commercial site.
Situated on the A46 Birmingham Road in Warwick close to Warwick Parkway train station and junction 15 of the M40, the two phase scheme divides into the refurbishment of an existing 8000m2 building and the creation of circa 24,000m2 of new office accommodation that will offer a BREEAM Excellent rating all set in 35 acres of landscaped mature parkland.

GVA Grimley and D&P Holt are the appointed property consultants for the project.
The existing premises have already been pre-let to telecommunications company Telent Plc who is scheduled to take occupation early in 2008.
The phased programme of new office building development is scheduled to start on site in early this month.
