Safety blunder

Thanks to Owen Marsden for this picture, taken in London's Connaught Square, “almost opposite Tony Blair's pad”. Owen remarked: “This chap showed really exceptional balance,” but he was not so impressed at the lack of safety precautions undertaken by this daredevil window cleaner.
