The firm’s Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool offices will provide project management, building surveying, contract administration and employers agent services throughout the three year framework agreement.
Mark Weaver, managing partner at Rider Levett Bucknall, said: “This is an exciting opportunity to marry delivery of our core services with our vision of social responsibility and sustainability.”
Formally Help the Aged, Anchor Trust is the UK’s largest not-for-profit provider of housing, support and care for the elderly.
